Therapy
Individual Therapy
I utilize relational-psychoanalytic theory to support individuals. This approach explores the unconscious and how it impacts our relationships and patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll address feelings of anxiety or depression, reduce shame, and boost confidence.
I specialize in working with folks in the “emerging adulthood” stage and those in the queer community. I support individuals who may be struggling with their identity, relationships, past traumas, and/or feelings of self-worth.
Couples Therapy
I offer support for you and your partner as you navigate life transitions or conflicts. Together, we’ll observe your relational patterns as a way to move through stuck points. Often these dynamics originate in our family of origin - the first place we learn to relate to, and rely on, others. As a couples therapist, I have been influenced by psychoanalytic approaches to couples work and the Gottman Method.
